Balance in everything is very important, and to get this balance, to get mental clarity, and mental peace, yoga/meditation plays a very important role.
Yoga is a form of connection of your body-mind-soul, which can be developed with asana (postures), pranayama (deep breathing) and dhyana (meditation). It also helps to increase strength, flexibility, and well-being. Yoga rejuvenates your mind and body, making you feel better about yourself and your world.
We, at Shri Ayurveda & Yoga wellness centre have understood this need and have come up with a service to provide Offline and Online yoga/meditation session with our experienced Ayurveda doctor. Wherein our doctor will understand the need of the client and accordingly will advise yoga/meditation with some diet and lifestyle changes.
